Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and help them understand insurance options that fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive, thoughtful service
• Follow up on leads, renewal opportunities, and cross-sell conversations in a timely way
• Review client coverage needs and recommend appropriate policy changes or additional protection
• Stay informed on products, market changes, and industry updates that affect your clients
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Explain insurance products (auto, home, life, health, commercial, etc.) in plain language

• Active insurance license required for P&C in Illinois
• Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
• Comfort handling leads, follow-ups, and sales conversations with professionalism
• Ability to learn carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and policy details quickly
• Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, email, and digital quoting tools
• Organized approach to managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Preferred: experience with personal lines or commercial insurance products
