Insurance Sales Representative (Polish Speaking Preferred)

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance products to new and existing clients
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients
• Follow up consistently on leads and client needs
• Maintain accurate records and activity within the agency CRM system
• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment with closing responsibilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage and follow up on a sales pipeline consistently
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Active Connecticut Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred (not required)
• Polish-speaking ability preferred
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
