Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach.

Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.

Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.

Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with agency staff to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Applied Epic).

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with insurance products and regulations in California.
