Responsibilities

  • Execute a high-volume outbound sales strategy, consistently completing 100+ outbound calls each day.
  • Generate an average of 10 or more insurance quotes daily while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals through consistent new business premium written.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects, referrals, and existing opportunities to maximize conversion.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Prepare accurate insurance quotes and guide customers through the application and policy binding process.
  • Educate clients on Farmers products, coverage options, discounts, and available insurance solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and actively manage your sales pipeline using agency systems.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Represent Farmers Insurance with professionalism, integrity, and a competitive mindset.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or another customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Willingness to obtain a California Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Willingness to obtain a California Life, Accident & Health insurance license.
