Responsibilities

Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to protect what matters most to them.

Conduct proactive outreach to grow your client base through networking and community engagement.

Provide clear explanations of policy terms and coverage details to help clients feel confident in their decisions.

Manage your own pipeline of prospects and guide them through the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate client files and documentation to ensure high-quality service standards.

Collaborate with the local district office team to share insights and refine sales strategies.

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Kansas or willingness to obtain

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication skills with a focus on building genuine trust

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology

Experience with agency management systems or CRM software

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently
