Insurance Sales Representative

Compensation: $65,000$85,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses)

MondayFriday, in our Williamsburg office. No insurance experience required we provide training and licensing assistance.

Secured Assets, LLC is a local Allstate agency in Williamsburg. We are hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to quote and sell auto, home, life, and business coverage to families in our community.

This is a phone-first sales role. You will make outbound calls, build quotes, and walk customers through their options. If you have worked in sales, customer service, or a restaurant anywhere the pace is quick and you are talking with people all day those skills carry over.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and commercial policies

Make outbound calls and follow up on leads

Log every customer contact in our agency system (eAgent)

Ask for referrals and introduce our referral program

Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products

Follow underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements

Meet monthly new business production goals

A Virginia Personal Lines License, or willingness to obtain one we provide licensing assistance

Comfort making outbound calls every day

Clear, professional phone communication

Ability to work in person in Williamsburg, MondayFriday

Reliable follow-through on quotes and callbacks
