Are you ready to launch a rewarding career in the insurance industry but dont yet have your license? Gouin Insurance Services AAA is looking for a motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Producer Trainee.
In this role, youll support the day-to-day operations of our agency while receiving hands-on training, resources, and guidance to help you earn your Michigan Insurance Producer License.
This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional insurance agency environment and transition into a licensed producer role upon successful completion of the licensing program.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily lead goals
Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
