In this role, you wont just be learning insurance salesyoull be actively building the skills, habits, and experience needed to grow into a future leader.
- Learn and apply core insurance sales processes through hands-on training and real client interactions
- Quote, present, and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and related coverages
- Build and manage relationships with clients by identifying needs, recommending coverage options, and delivering clear solutions
- Support the full policy lifecycle, including new business, endorsements, renewals, and account servicing
- Develop strong prospecting and communication skills through outreach, follow-up, and referral generation
- Participate in structured coaching and mentorship focused on sales performance and leadership development
- Gain exposure to agency operations, including workflow management, retention strategies, and customer experience standards
- Track personal goals, activity, and production metrics while consistently improving performance
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a growth mindset in all client and team interactions
