We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team under a structured mentorship program with an established Farmers Insurance Agency. This full-time, in person paid position that provides hands-on training, professional development, and real-world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance.
You’ll receive personalized coaching from a top-performing agent while learning every aspect of agency operations, from client management to new business development.
What You’ll Do
Assist clients with auto, home, life, and business insurance needs
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Learn effective sales and service techniques through guided training
Meet performance and compliance goals
Participate in Farmers’ award-winning University of Farmers® training modules

Compensation
$3,000 Monthly Base Salary
40%-50% Commission on New Business Agency Commissions
