We are looking for candidates with experience in insurance sales, banking, financial services, hospitality, luxury retail, high-end restaurant service, or other professional sales environments. We are looking for the right candidate who is motivated to obtain their licenses and build a career.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and present coverage options to customers.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries.
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity.
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with insurance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
- Identify opportunities for additional insurance and financial service products.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be able to obtain a Florida Property & Casualty License.
- Must be able to obtain a Florida Life & Health License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time in our Plantation, FL office.
Preferred:
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license.
- 1–5 years of insurance sales or customer service experience.
- Banking, financial services, hospitality, luxury retail, or restaurant sales/service experience.
- Experience working in a goal-driven environment.
