Responsibilities

Guide clients through the application and underwriting process to ensure a smooth experience.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
Stay updated on insurance industry trends and product offerings.
Active Michigan Producer License for Life, Accident, and Health lines.
Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
