Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and effectively.
Develop tailored insurance solutions that align with client requirements.
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with policyholders to foster retention and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets through dedicated effort and excellent service.
Possession of a valid Michigan Property & Casualty License is required.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Comfort and skill in using technology for sales and client management.
Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
