Our office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients while also assisting prospective customers with quotes and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our agency, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous insurance experience is not required; however, a current license is preferred. Salary Range: $24000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
• Assist prospective customers by handling inbound inquiries, providing insurance quotes, and guiding them through the purchasing process
• Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Learn and apply agency systems, processes, and product knowledge through ongoing training
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policies, and transactions while ensuring a high level of professionalism

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to assist both current and prospective clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional attitude with a high level of reliability and accountability
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
