Scope
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Insurance Solution Team Lead leads Brightway’s Insurance Solution Specialist team, driving performance, development, and overall sales execution. This centralized team is focused on generating new business through referral partnerships with Realtors and Loan Officers, while effectively converting inbound and company-provided leads.
This role is responsible for day-to-day team leadership, including performance management, coaching, and skill development to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals and service standards. The Team Lead will instill a proactive, relationship-driven sales approach—ensuring the team is actively building partner networks, creating organic lead flow, and maximizing conversion opportunities.
By fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven execution, the Team Lead plays a critical role in strengthening team capability and driving sustainable growth for Brightway.

Job Responsibilities
Drive team performance in alignment with company OKRs, including sales production, service quality, and retention.
Manage inbound/outbound sales workload to meet weekly KPIs.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Insurance Solution Specialists, promoting consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and a results-driven sales culture.
Design and implement personalized development plans and targeted coaching interventions, using performance data to identify growth opportunities and accelerate career progression.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and call calibrations to ensure alignment, skill development, and quality assurance.
Assist with escalations to swiftly resolve client and partner concerns, maintaining high satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Interview, recruit, and onboard new Insurance Solution Specialists to build a high-performing, engaged team.
Attend referral partner and networking events to strengthen relationships, support lead-generation efforts, and represent the brand in a professional capacity.
Monitor team metrics and trends to proactively address performance gaps and support ongoing optimization of sales strategies and processes.
Analyze sales metrics (e.g., call volumes, lead-to-close ratios) to adjust coaching tactics and drive consistent revenue performance.
Foster a collaborative, accountable environment that reinforces continuous learning, peer-to-peer support, and alignment with Brightway’s core values.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely onboarding, licensing compliance, and operational readiness of new hires.
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and performance coaching techniques?
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability always to deal professionally with difficult people and situations
Education and Experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals in a performance-driven environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and regulatory expectations; Property & Casualty insurance knowledge preferred but not required
