Position Overview: At our agency, selling insurance means helping people protect what matters most. As a Insurance Solutions Advisor, you'll work closely with individuals and families to understand their unique situations and recommend insurance solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to evaluate insurance needs
Recommend customized insurance strategies
Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct policy reviews and identify additional protection opportunities
Build long-term client relationships
Maintain detailed records within agency systems
Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience
Continue expanding product knowledge through ongoing training
Qualifications:
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to build trust and credibility quickly
Organized and motivated to achieve goals
Previous sales experience is a plus
Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
