Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

• Contact medical, dental, and long-term care providers to resolve claim discrepancies
• Communicate professionally by phone and email
• Research account information and document updates in internal systems
• Maintain accurate notes and track progress on accounts
• Work toward daily and weekly goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependability and interest in long-term employment

Preferred (but not required):

• Call center or office customer service experience
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or billing environments
