What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate leads and build lasting client relationships through exceptional sales and service
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and agency departments, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Present tailored insurance solutions, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits
• Proactively market relevant products that meet client needs and protect their futures
• Address inquiries related to eligibility, claims, billing, and policy updates with prompt, friendly service
• Follow up consistently to maintain and grow client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or similar) preferred
• Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships
• Passion for marketing products based on individual customer needs
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Strong customer service dedication
