Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews, codes, and processes incoming certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assists with updating the insurance portal and other activities as directed.
- Assists with process improvements to enhance efficiency within AR & Insurance functions.
- Provides administrative and project support to the Director of Credit & Collections as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality.
