Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Support Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, documentation, updates, and service needs while working closely with Account Managers. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and motivated to learn. Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive support in obtaining a Property Casualty license within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with insurance policy questions, updates, documentation, and general service needs.
- Handle client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
- Gather required information, process documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service tasks and account-related requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative insurance environment.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members to help resolve issues efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.
