Job Summary
We are seeking an Insurance Support Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and motivated to learn. Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive support in obtaining a Property Casualty license within 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance policy questions, updates, documentation, and general service needs.
- Handle client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
- Gather required information, process documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service tasks and account-related requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative insurance environment.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members to help resolve issues efficiently.

- Pay range: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.
