Salary Range: $25000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Allstate insurance products.
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of various Allstate insurance policies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for licensed agents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
