Seeking individual with track record underwriting Commercial Lines Insurance Products and solid knowledge of rating plans, underwriting rules, processes, sales & marketing strategies, etc. to market and underwrite small & medium size business general liability products.
 
Shall:
 
• Develop and implement new small and medium sized business liability insurance strategies.
 
• Create, define, and execute product strategy and roadmap.
 
• Evaluate and implement financial adjustments to maintain profitability.
 
• Strategize with actuarial to improve risk rating through enhancements to rating algorithms.
 
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims to improve marketing, underwriting and loss control processes.
 
Requires familiarity with standard industry software tools; and Department of Insurance filings and compliance.
