Seeking talented and experienced Underwriter with expertise in all facets of excess casualty underwriting and experience managing new and renewal submissions with respect to profitability, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.

Activities: 

• Underwrite new and renewal business within assigned distribution channel and level of authority.

• Evaluate, modify, approve, accept or decline risks according to company appetite.

• Modify program structure, pricing, and services in order to pursue and achieve a balanced, profitable portfolio.

Requirements: 

• Extensive commercial excess casualty underwriting expertise.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
