Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

Shift: 1st

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to support our workers compensation evaluation team. This role is responsible for managing new case intake, verifying insurance and claim details, and coordinating appointments with providers. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and experienced in a fast-paced medical or legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new workers compensation referrals and case information

• Verify insurance, claim numbers, and adjuster details

• Schedule evaluations and coordinate with providers and clients

• Communicate with attorneys, adjusters, and patients

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidential records (HIPAA compliant)

• Track case status and follow up on missing information

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of medical intake, workers compensation, or related experience preferred

• Knowledge of workers compensation processes and terminology

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
