Intake Coordinator, Hospice

Assisted is an exciting place to be right now as we are experiencing tremendous growth. We are looking for an Intake Coordinator for our Hospice Division in our Culver City branch!

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.00 - $30.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

Who you are:

• Takes and prepares components of intake referrals
• Assists Intake Team n phone coverage and coordination of day-to-day activities
• Verifies insurance coverage of services
• Provides clinical billing and collections with information regarding insurance coverage
• Tracks authorization versus utilization and secures authorization or visits
• Perform data entry functions for services -related charges
