What You Will Do:
Engage individuals seeking services, obtaining intake information in a proficient and professional manner.
Determine the most suitable service or Level of Care using ASAM Criteria.
Communicate with referral sources and program staff in a timely, professional manner.
Verify client insurance and maintain accurate, up-to-date charts.
Identify safety or risk concerns and follow appropriate protocols, including referral to BHN Crisis or emergency services when needed.
Manage waitlists and callbacks to ensure timely admissions.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required.
SUD intake and insurance verification experience preferred.
Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health services.
Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations.
