Carports Anywhere is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused
Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to our sales and operations success — ensuring incoming leads are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, and email leads
- Gather and verify customer project details (dimensions, location, specifications)
- Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system
- Schedule consultations and route qualified leads to Sales
- Communicate next steps clearly to customers
- Ensure all documentation is complete before order submission
- Support sales and operations with administrative follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or building materials
- Familiarity with permitting or zoning basics
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
