Intake Coordinator / Admissions Coordinator
Location: Hewlett, NY (permanent office expected within 20 minutes of West Hempstead, NY)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM preferred (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM may be considered)
Compensation: $29-32/hour ($66,560 annually) + performance-based bonus opportunity

A growing home care organization is seeking an energetic and motivated
Intake Coordinator / Admissions Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with clients, and working toward measurable goals.
This is a unique opportunity that blends
client coordination, admissions, and sales. You will manage warm inbound leads, guide prospective clients through the enrollment process, and play a key role in driving growth. There is
no cold calling required.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients and families
Build relationships and guide clients through the admissions process
Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into new admissions
Collect client information and coordinate onboarding documentation
Assist with insurance verification, authorizations, and service coordination
Communicate with internal teams and caregivers to support smooth client transitions
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in admissions, intake, sales, customer service, healthcare coordination, or a related role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable handling high call volume and working toward goals
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Home care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
