Intake Coordinator
Our client is a California workers' compensation cost-containment firm seeking an Intake Coordinator to support their dispute resolution team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally with clients and providers by phone and email.
  • Request, track, and obtain provider bills and medical reports.
  • Update our proprietary database with accurate, complete provider information.
  • Generate legal documents for filing and service.
  • Serve documents to parties and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
  • Retrieve documents from the court system.
  • Set up and organize new files.
  • Sort, scan, and route incoming mail.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of California workers' compensation and the Labor Code is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team setting
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in the California workers' compensation arena are preferred
  • An IEA Certificate or Certificate of Self Insurance is a plus.
