Intake Coordinator
Our client is a California workers' compensation cost-containment firm seeking an Intake Coordinator to support their dispute resolution team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Communicate professionally with clients and providers by phone and email.
- Request, track, and obtain provider bills and medical reports.
- Update our proprietary database with accurate, complete provider information.
- Generate legal documents for filing and service.
- Serve documents to parties and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
- Retrieve documents from the court system.
- Set up and organize new files.
- Sort, scan, and route incoming mail.
Skills:- Knowledge of California workers' compensation and the Labor Code is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team setting
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in the California workers' compensation arena are preferred
- An IEA Certificate or Certificate of Self Insurance is a plus.
Additional Information - Full-Time, On-Site
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 am–5:00 pm
