Client Job Title: Intake LPN – Rheumatology (Part Time)

Pay Rate: Starting at $35+/hr (Depending on experience)
OT Eligible (Y/N): No

Hours: Tuesday & Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

A well-established specialty healthcare organization in Manhattan is seeking a Part-Time Intake LPN to support a busy Rheumatology practice. This role combines both clinical and front-office responsibilities and is ideal for an LPN who enjoys patient interaction, multitasking, and working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain EMR documentation and manage physician inbox tasks
  • Room patients, record vitals/history, and prepare exam rooms
  • Assist providers with exams, injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and basic lab testing
  • Provide patient education and administer medications as directed
  • Support front desk operations including phones and patient check-in
  • Maintain clinical supplies and medical inventory
Requirements:
  • Current NYS LPN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Previous outpatient or specialty practice experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations if needed
