Intake Operator I – 2nd Shift
Location: Cypress, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

A growing healthcare technology and medical device organization in Cypress is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Intake Operator I to join their 2nd shift team. This position plays an important role in supporting patient care operations by processing medical monitoring devices, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and receive returned medical monitoring devices, including device intake and patient information verification
  • Upload and manage device data using proprietary software systems
  • Follow all company SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ISO, OSHA, and quality standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the intake and work areas
  • Support recycling and proper material handling procedures
  • Identify and report safety, quality, or process concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S activities
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and productivity targets

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements in a production environment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds as needed
