About the Role
Shift: 2nd Shift 12pm start
Location: Deerfield

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards

  • Adhere to all Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and associated work surfaces

  • Practice proper recycling procedures

  • Receive and process Patch devices (including de-kitting and verification of patient information)

  • Upload data from Patch devices to proprietary software tools

  • Meet deadlines, goals, and objectives

  • Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns

  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

  • Participate in Lean activities and 5S initiatives

  • Support small group problem-solving activities

Experience & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environment preferred

  • Computer proficiency required

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong time management skills

  • Flexibility with work assignments
