Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in innovative cardiac care solutions, is seeking a dedicated Intake Operator to join their team. As an Intake Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting patient data processing and device management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, dependability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Intake Operator
Location: Deerfield, IL
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 2 shift, rotating schedule: 12PM-8:30PM Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday
What's the Job?
- Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards to ensure compliance and safety.
- Receive and process the Patch device, including de-kitting and verification of patient information.
- Upload data from the Patch device to proprietary software tools accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and data entry skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support organizational objectives.
- Good time management skills and flexibility in work assignments.
