Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury intake experience preferred
bilingual Spanish preferred
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and show empathy with potential clients
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with case management software
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and conduct detailed intake interviews
Gather and document facts, injuries, insurance information, and accident details
Evaluate potential cases based on firm criteria and attorney guidelines
Request and review preliminary records and supporting documentation
Open and maintain electronic case files
Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner
Coordinate attorney consultations and client appointments
Draft retainer agreements and onboarding documents
Maintain accurate notes and data within the firm’s case management system
Provide exceptional customer service to clients during stressful situations
