We’re hiring an Intake Registered Nurse (RN) – Float in Lowell, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on completing in-home assessments for prospective participants and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help seniors safely remain in the community. This is a float role supporting multiple local sites and is not remote.

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• You have at least 1 year of geriatric or adult mental health experience
• You’re comfortable conducting in-home assessments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$103,000
• Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium
