Intake Representative

PositionSummary Answers calls for all new appointments to the HBH practice. Verifies insurance. Primary Position Responsibilities 1.Answer and respond to all client calls. 2.Phone triages current problem as presented by client. 3.Schedules initial appointment with appropriate treatment provider. 4.Verifies insurance information. 5.Verifies demographic information. 6.Facilitates follow up appointments to appropriate treatment provider. Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field Preferred: Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Preferred: 1 year customer service and insurance verification License, Registry or Certification: Required: Preferred: Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Basic Computer skills, Customer Service skills Preferred: Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
