Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) – Remote (LATAM)


Location: Latin America (Remote)


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST


Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)


Compensation: $6–$10 USD/hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses


About the Role

We are a U.S.-based personal injury law firm looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our team.

This is a client-facing role where you will speak with people who have been injured or are going through difficult situations. Your job is to listen, show empathy, ask the right questions, and help qualified callers become clients.

This is not just a call center role—this is a critical position that directly impacts the growth of our firm and the lives of our clients.


Success in this role is measured by your ability to convert qualified leads into signed clients while delivering an excellent client experience.


What You’ll Do

·       Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups
·       Speak with potential clients with empathy and professionalism
·       Ask structured questions to evaluate case eligibility
·       Enter and manage data in our CRM
·       Send, explain, and guide clients through signing engagement agreements during calls
·       Collaborate with Intake Director to improve conversion rates and intake performance


Who You Are

·       Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
·       Able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and attention to detail
·       Confident and comfortable on the phone
·       Naturally empathetic and a good listener
·       Able to follow systems while making smart decisions
·       Detail-oriented and organized
·       Reliable and responsive during work hours
·       Coachable and eager to learn


Requirements

·       Strong English communication skills (you will be speaking with U.S. clients)
·       Quiet work environment
·       Reliable high-speed internet
·       Computer and headset suitable for calls
·       Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
