POSITIONOVERVIEW:

Processesclientapplicationsanddetermineseligibilityforhousingprograms.Maintains accurate client files that require retention of supporting documentation. Enter client information into database. Prepare reports identifying numbers served and funding utilized based on assistance provided.

• Works directly with clients to gather their information and documents necessary to complete the file.
• Conducts detailed eligibility assessments for rental assistance.
• Determines level of need and assistance amounts.
• Maintain accurate client records, both physical and digital.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• A two-year college degree, which can be substituted for three years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills and legible handwriting.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with speed and accuracy.

• Previous experience interviewing and/or determining client eligibility or customer service environment will be considered.
• Computer experience and have a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
