As an Intake Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for coordinating the patient admission process, ensuring timely, accurate intake operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This leadership role oversees daily operations, team performance, workflow management, and continuous process improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to support quality patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Representatives and Leads

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and employee development

  • Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely patient admissions and operational efficiency

  • Partner with Sales and clinical teams to reduce time to start of care

  • Handle escalated patient concerns and complex intake issues

  • Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and process improvements

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve the patient experience

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience

  • Healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services experience preferred

  • Experience leading remote teams is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
