What you’ll do
- Build precise demand plans from sales forecasts and inventory signals.
- Align strategies with partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Own KPIs that reflect supply chain health and efficiency.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement in S&OP.
- Run the monthly S&OP meeting—review forecasts and lock in action plans.
- Apply analytics tools to raise forecast accuracy and decision quality.
- Keep S&OP documentation clear, current, and accessible.
How you’ll work
- Collaboratively—bridging functions to create one unified plan.
- Analytically—testing assumptions and validating outcomes with data.
- Proactively—surfacing risks and opportunities before they become issues.
What you’ve mastered
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.
- Data analysis tools and advanced Excel.
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Multitasking and deadline management in fast-paced settings.
- ERP proficiency (MRP experience strongly preferred).
- Detail orientation paired with practical problem-solving.
