    PE Systems, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Integrated Logistics Support, Sr in the Combat Readiness Directorate at our Warner Robins AFB, GA location.     General Function:

    • The contractor supports Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) by helping plan, analyze, and implement sustainment strategies to keep systems mission-ready across their entire life cycle, including coordination of
      maintenance, personnel, supply, and infrastructure elements.
    • Maintenance Planning (MP) integration requires the contractor to assist logisticians in organizing all maintenance activities, ensuring systems remain operational through structured support across organizational,
      intermediate, and depot levels.
    • The contractor performs analytical studies such as reliability-centered maintenance, level-of-repair analysis, and battle damage repair assessments to optimize maintenance strategies and cost-effectiveness.
    • Responsibilities include recommending maintenance capabilities at each repair level, including calibration processes, required equipment, and sustainment plans.
    • The contractor tracks weapon system modifications and supports the source of repair assignment process, including coordination across military services.
    • Maintenance planning also involves identifying needs for contractor logistics support, interim contractor support, and post-production sustainment strategies.
    • The contractor ensures maintenance planning accounts for environmental and safety factors such as corrosion control, hazardous materials, structural integrity, and nondestructive inspection.
    • Manpower and Personnel (M&P) integration focuses on identifying required military and civilian workforce skills, grades, and quantities needed to operate and sustain systems during peacetime and wartime.
    • The contractor conducts analyses such as workload, human factors, occupational structure, and mission requirements to determine staffing needs and optimize personnel allocation.
    • Supply Support requires determining requirements for acquiring, storing, distributing, and disposing of spare parts and secondary items essential for system readiness.
    • The contractor develops provisioning strategies, calculates initial and replenishment spare requirements, and monitors repair and production of spare parts.
    • Supply activities include evaluating alternative sourcing strategies, managing diminishing manufacturing sources, and supporting provisioning documentation and conferences.
    • Support Equipment (SE) integration ensures all required tools, test equipment, and resources are identified, acquired, and delivered at the right time and location with lifecycle cost considerations.
    • Technical Data Management (TDM) involves creating and maintaining engineering data systems that ensure accurate documentation, configuration control, and traceability of system requirements and changes.
    • The contractor prepares data management and technical order plans, tracks data delivery and verification, and manages updates, deficiencies, and engineering change proposals.
    • Training and Training Support (TTS) ensures personnel are properly trained to operate and maintain systems, including developing training plans, requirements, and alternative training approaches.
    • Specialized training includes parachute rigger instruction, requiring extensive experience, certification, and the ability to teach packing, inspection, and safety procedures for specific parachute systems.
    • Computer Resources Support (CRS) ensures necessary IT infrastructure, software, and personnel are planned and managed to support mission-critical systems efficiently and affordably.
    • Facilities Support includes conducting site surveys, developing facility requirement plans, and supporting activation of bases and depots to ensure operational readiness.
    • Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) ensures proper preservation and movement of equipment, including hazardous and classified materials, while coordinating logistics documentation and funding.
    • Design Interface activities align system design with logistics requirements such as reliability, maintainability, safety, and interoperability to reduce lifecycle costs and improve readiness.
    • ILS/Product Support Studies involve analyzing and implementing warranty strategies, ensuring cost-effective coverage, proper tracking, and alignment with system acquisition and sustainment goals.

    Qualifications:
    Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:

    • Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS) and twelve years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
    • OR, BA/BS degree, and fifteen years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
    • Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
    • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
    • Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
    • Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
