The Integrated Marketing Manager owns the operational execution and go-to-market organization of the Free Fly marketing team. This role serves as the connective tissue across Product, Creative, Community, E-commerce, and Operations—ensuring seasonal launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives are strategically planned, operationally aligned, and executed on schedule. As a core member of the marketing leadership team, this person is responsible for building and managing the systems, workflows, calendars, and processes that keep the department operating efficiently. 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning 

• Own seasonal go-to-market planning processes and marketing milestone calendars. 

• Develop strategies with marketing channel members that align to the overall go-to-market plan and process.

• Build and maintain launch timelines, campaign workflows, and cross-functional planning systems. 

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, E-commerce, and Operations teams to align seasonal priorities and execution plans. 

• Support development of integrated seasonal marketing plans and campaign execution strategies. 

• Serve as the operational lead for the marketing department, keep marketing teams on time and aligned to strategy and planning.

• Help pull insights and reporting into the go-to-marketing process with both internal and external teams.

• Operate as a core member of the marketing leadership team alongside Creative and Content leadership, partnering with both teams and the head of marketing to lead and manage efforts of the marketing department.
• Lead recurring milestone meetings, launch reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions. 

• Build and refine organizational systems, workflows, documentation, and communication processes. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

• 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing operations, project management, or account management. 

• Experience working within consumer brands, advertising agencies, or integrated marketing environments.
