Integrated Master Scheduler

The Opportunity:

Integrated Master Scheduler is needed for CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting the Morrigan Prototype program. The candidate will work as a member of CACI’s Value Performance Management Center of Excellence directly supporting programsthe Morrigan Prototype program. Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedule that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities:o            Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure.o            Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects.o            Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.o            Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.o            Ensure contract WBS is properly updated and current.o            Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMSo            Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.o            Process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS and/or cost management reportingo            Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.o            Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies.o            Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.o            Actively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis.o            Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the programo            Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetingsQualifications:

Required:

• o           
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business) or high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent a discipline combination of education and work experience may be substituted that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity.

• IMS creation and scheduling experience
• o           
• Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments
• o           
• Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
• o           
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• o           
• Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
• o           
• Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
• o           
• Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
• o           
• Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
• o           
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• o           
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• o           
• Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• o           
• Consistently demonstrates a high attention to detail.

o            Active TS/SCI ClearanceDesired:o            Familiarity with DoD Contracting environmento            Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessmentso            Experience on large-scale development projectso            Experience with Earned Value Managemento            Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan).
