Integrated Master Scheduler (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex programs by developing, maintaining, and coordinating Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). This role is responsible for ensuring schedules are fully integrated across functional areas including engineering, finance, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and quality to support successful program execution and customer requirements.

• Prepare, develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Ensure schedules and program plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across all functional groups including finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality
• Develop compliant program schedules with appropriate detail and network logic to support program execution and management visibility
• Monitor schedule performance, track program activities, and identify performance variances and critical path impacts
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, driving path, risk, and opportunity assessments
• Develop and implement workarounds and recovery plans to address schedule delays and risks
• Prepare regular schedule updates, reports, and presentations for program management, customers, and business leadership
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities and ensure schedule compliance with customer and industry standards
• Prepare and submit contract deliverables related to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
• Ensure all schedules and deliverables comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry standards
• Utilize scheduling and project management tools including Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, and Earned Value techniques to evaluate progress and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7–10 years of experience building Integrated Master Schedules in compliance with Earned Value Management methodologies
• Experience reading and interpreting government contracts and scheduling requirements
• Experience developing compliant schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW structures
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with scheduling software such as Open Plan and Microsoft Project
• Ability to analyze complex schedules and communicate schedule impacts, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or defense programs
• Experience assembling and presenting complex scheduling data to program management and executive leadership
• Knowledge of customer and industry scheduling compliance requirements
