About the Role:
iQuasar LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting complex program planning and execution within a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program planning and execution
  • Coordinate with program managers, project leads, and stakeholders to capture and integrate schedule inputs
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenario planning
  • Monitor schedule performance metrics and provide variance analysis and forecasting reports
  • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), program reviews, and milestone briefings
  • Ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements, DCMA 14-Point Assessment criteria, and EVMS standards
  • Identify schedule conflicts, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to program leadership
Requirements:
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on government or defense programs
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and DCMA 14-Point Assessment criteria
  • Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief program status to senior leadership
  • Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
