Introduction

The role is responsible for collaborating with technology and business team members to successfully launch sales event campaigns, regional websites, and support email product execution within the OEM Delivery team space. This position requires a proactive approach to client interactions, operational efficiencies, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Project Management, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology or digital delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully scoping, planning, and driving initiatives using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and client audiences.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior project management or coordination experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or managing retail promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with automotive retail, Tier 2/Tier 3 dealer network structures, national/regional sales structures, or dealer-facing technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as a confident, proactive point of contact for agency partners and client stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences.
  • Produce structured, consistently formatted, and audience-appropriate status reports, meeting recaps, and delivery trackers.
  • Operate effectively as a coordination hub across multiple teams and agency partners.
  • Develop and manage Agile user stories with clear business value.
