Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is seeking an **Associate** **or Experienced Integrated Scheduling Specialist** to join the 777/777X Customer Introductions Business Operations team in **Everett, Washington** . This role is well suited for individuals who communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy collaborating across teams. Team members build strong relationships across functions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and apply practical problem-solving skills to identify and address program risks and opportunities. Our team partners with 777 program stakeholders to align schedule deliverables and key milestones across the full production value stream, conduct scenario planning, and assess impacts to the airplane program. We are seeking a Systems IPT Integrated Scheduler to support multiple engineering groups within the Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT). In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute integrated schedules that provide program visibility, ensure alignment, and support on-time airplane delivery. You will work closely with engineering, program leadership, and other Business Operations teams to maintain schedule integrity, identify risks and constraints, and support timely decision-making across the 777 Program. **Responsibilities:** + Support multiple engineering groups within the Systems Integrated Product Team, ensuring schedule alignment across functional activities and deliverables. + Develop and maintain integrated schedules for assigned engineering groups in support of program and delivery objectives in Open Plan Professional scheduling tool. + Clearly communicate expectations for schedule development and schedule recovery efforts to design teams and other program stakeholders. + Track actions required to support schedule recovery, forecast adherence, and on-time delivery performance. + Identify critical path activities, production constraints, risks, issues, and opportunities to enable effective escalation and decision-making. + Conduct schedule scenario analysis and recommend recovery strategies as needed. + Drive accountability for scheduling deliverables and commitment dates across stakeholders. + Prepare schedule analyses, status reports, dashboards, and schedule health assessments. + Present schedule artifacts, metrics, and performance data to engineering leadership. + Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
