Integrated Solutions Engineer III

Integrated Solutions Engineer opportunity with a well-established premium manufacturer in the Houston, TX area. This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on systems engineer with 4+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Warehouse Management Systems in a high-volume, automated distribution environment. This role owns the full lifecycle of WMS projects. You’ll be responsible for requirements gathering through UAT and implementation. This role will partner with and support Operations, IT, Product Development, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep systems running smoothly and drive automation upgrades that scale with the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of experience developing and supporting warehouse distribution systems
• Hands-on experience monitoring, maintaining, and configuring a WMS in a high-volume, automated distribution center (JD Edwards experience a plus)
• Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus but not required
• Experience analyzing system data to identify trends and improve inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Proven ability to participate in the full lifecycle of system projects, including requirements gathering, test plan development, and user acceptance testing
• Some hands-on experience with lean methodologies (e.g., time studies, process flow mapping, warehouse slotting)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different departments
• Flexibility to support occasional weekends, early mornings, or evenings as business needs require
