Integrated Test Manager / Test PMO Lead Warehouse Automation & ASRS

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Test Manager / Test PMO Lead to lead testing strategy, governance, execution, and go-live readiness for a large-scale warehouse automation, ASRS, and distribution systems implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong Test Management/PMO experience and practical knowledge of WMS, WCS, ASRS, PLC controls, conveyors, sortation, material handling, and distribution center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the integrated test strategy, master test plan, governance, quality gates, and readiness criteria.
- Lead FIT, SIT, UAT, DIAL, regression, performance testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Coordinate testing across WMS/WCS, ASRS, conveyors, sortation, PLCs, host systems, and interfaces.
- Manage testing activities across operations, engineering, IT, business teams, system integrators, and automation vendors.
- Lead defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting, and closure.
- Establish test readiness gates and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Drive cutover, go-live, command center, and hypercare activities.
- Maintain test dashboards, RAID logs, defect metrics, milestones, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Test Management, Test PMO, Program/Project Management, or Release Management.
- Strong experience with SIT, UAT, FIT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Working knowledge of warehouse automation, ASRS, WMS, WCS, PLC, conveyors, and sortation.
- Understanding of distribution center/warehouse operations.
- Experience managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong PMO, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Preferred
- Manhattan, WAMAS, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar WMS/WCS experience.
- Greenfield DC, warehouse transformation, or ASRS implementation experience.
- Experience with throughput, performance, availability, and operational testing.
Important: This is a 5-days onsite role in Spartanburg, SC.
