We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to join our engineering organization. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and serving as a key liaison between business and technical teams.
You will work within a Scrum team, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions. This role requires strong analytical and technical expertise, particularly in healthcare data integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements for integrations between internal systems and external partner applications
Interpret and work with healthcare data standards including HL7 (v2.x, v3), FHIR, XML, and JSON
Create and maintain source-to-target data mapping documentation
Analyze data structures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues
Define data transformation logic, field mappings, and business rules
Collaborate with technical teams to implement integrations and transformations
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
Work with QA teams to validate data integrity and troubleshoot issues
Serve as a subject matter expert in HL7 standards and integration best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Healthcare Data Analyst, or similar role
3+ years of hands-on experience with HL7 (v2.x, v3) message structures (ADT, ORU, ORM, etc.)
Strong experience with data mapping and transformation rules
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows (patient registration, orders, results, billing)
Experience with data formats such as HL7, XML, JSON, FHIR
2+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience using Jira for backlog and story management
Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong collaboration skills with business, product, and development teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
