Client Integration Consultant

Location: Jersey City, NJ, Tampa, FL, Boston, MA, or Dallas, TX (Partial Remote, 3 days onsite per week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Integration Analyst to support securities lending clients across equities and fixed income products. This role owns the end-to-end client onboarding process, managing multiple concurrent projects while serving as a primary client-facing partner. The ideal candidate brings strong securities lending operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear operational and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 10 to 15 client onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle from documentation and application review through testing and activation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, leading frequent client calls and providing guidance.
  • Apply securities lending business knowledge across equities and bonds to align client needs with available products and solutions.
  • Support and coordinate client testing using web-based user interfaces and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues related to data, files, documentation, specifications, and connectivity (IBM MQ, SFTP).
  • Translate business requirements into clear specifications and partner with internal teams.
  • Act in a pre-sales support capacity by explaining products, workflows, and capabilities.
  • Create client-facing materials such as presentations, guides, and FAQs.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of capital markets operations experience with direct securities lending exposure. Candidates must have a strong background in securities lending, settlement, or clearing (DTC, FICC, or NCSS) and proven experience managing end-to-end client onboarding or implementation initiatives.

Skills: This role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and ensure issue resolution. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to read, interpret, and work with technical specifications, including banking messaging standards like ISO 20022/ISO 15022, is required.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, is required.
